  • is this a fly-able 1/ scale or an rc model?

  • The P-40 is a 1/5th scale model from a company called Yellow Aircraft, in the States. Had a slight prang, caused by the engine loosing power just as the model took off - so the model is in the 'hanger' awaiting repairs, which I'll be starting at the weekend.

  • No problem moving the video - I'd put it on the model builders page but ain't sure where to find it when loading up a video clip.

  • Wow, very smooth!

  • I have 3 P-40 Warhawks and those are the most difficult retract types to get right...if you land hard or something..you always have to adjust the gear...my favorite plane though~

I use both air and servo style.

  • Nice!!!!
