Congrats on ur fasting! Im very interested in doing it too and what did u do to prepare urself the week before? I have seen the film "fat,sick,and neatly dead" by Joe cross and he inspired me to do it and the website it's amazing you should check it out!

I know what you mean about the hamburger dreams. 2 weeks after going vegan I dreamt about a burger. I was soooo disgusting; chunks of slimy fat in it. Yuk!

I tried a juice fast....I got far as 2 1/2 days and I gave into my starvation. I want to accomplish a 10 juice fast and hopefully a 30 day one...However, I don't hear many people touch on the extreme hardcore hunger pangs? Maybe its just me? How do you deal with the hunger?

be careful, don't do too much fattening foods, it will make you sick. Congrats and Good Luck!!!
