Oh, I had an awwwwful cold - but it was the last day (Jan 29, 2011) of our Patagonia hiking trip, so I wanted to make the most of the day and went out on a walk (in Punta Arenas, Chile) with my friend John. We passed an architectural-gem-of-a-church and on a whim went inside to investigate. It was empty... and with accoustics like that... sneezy and sore throat aside... I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to sing in Chile. Now, WHAT I was singing... that is debatable... I was NyQuildelirious ... starting stringing opera-esque sounds with vowels that sound like they might be Italian... maybe... ? I really thought I was singing something I knew... until I listened to it later and couldn't stop laughing. Ah... NyQuil... we'll just pretend Mozart wrote it. Or. You know. Anyone. *laugh* Ah well. Totally worth the fun... even though my throat was three shades of on-FIRE from that darn cold... I blame the glaciers in Patagonia. Cold giving colds (but absolutely worth the cold! Both kinds!) *grin*
Beautiful... what spontaneous fun you can have with that awesome voice (even with a cold!) of yours...!! Simply delightful!
