Here is Joe Browns song that features on the credits of one of my favourite comedy movies of all time 'Porridge' 1979. The movie is of course a spin-off from the hugely popular British TV Sit-com of the same name. Both the feature film and the series starred the very talented cast of Ronnie Barker, Richard Beckinsale, Fulton Mackay & Brian Wilde. I always really like the song, it's a very straight ahead radio friendly, pub-rock affair!... not my usual fare at all, but it always cheers me up :) I hope you enjoy it, please don't be shy add a comment :)

  • @MontyPythonFan Glad you like and You're welcome.

  • What a class tune this is. The films good but the series is solid gold. About as good as british comedy ever got (along with Steptoe & Son, Dads Army, Fawlty Towers, Only Fools and Horses) and by the looks of it ever will get. What have we got now? My Family!, case rested.

  • @SonnyB1ack haha true, never mind 'Broken Britain' ... the once GREAT tradition of British comedy is a lame donkey these days sadly. Cheers for watchin mate
