I don't think HAARP is of God.Haarp,Gwen and Project Blue Beam are evil and are being used more and more.There will be false signs and wonders,as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be now.And God will send a strong deception.These are biblical.They are the tools of the Devil. As far as Haarp, they are just using them and playing around with them and causing unbelievable weather changes.Just look at todays' clouds.They have been changed.Please research it.
