ROAD TRIP 2007 - DAY 12/13 - Bryce Canyon, Utah

A short drive from Zion National Park, we passed through the arches of Red Canyon to get to Bryce Canyon. No sooner had we paid our entrance fee - we came across a small family of deer feasting in a meadow. We suspected that the rangers threw 'deer chow' out there for the tourists!! It was late in the afternoon and threatening to rain. So we missed most of the glory shots in the bright sunshine, but that's not to say it wasn't glorious! We stayed at the famous Ruby's Inn (with a view of the lake) and had another wonderful buffet!! I got up at sunrise (while someone slept in) and got some bright orange shots of the amazing canyon. Just outside of the park, we passed through a small town that appeared frozen in time or a Hollywood movie set. We hit I-70 east and pulled into Denver, Colorado at 6:00 p.m... home!

i been in this places before i lives there for like months its kina boring in utah but to visit all great places it would be awsome!!& i have friends livinq there!!

Totally Awesome. Been there. What an amazing God we have!! Experienced it on a motorcycle. Only way to go, even if you are from Illinois :-)
