Nintendo Nights was produced for the DIGITAL TRENDS/IBUYPOWER/INTEL video game memory contest.

Nintendo Nights is a short film that involves characters from the most memorable video games. It incorporates sounds and music from PAPERBOY, PACMAN, METAL GEAR, and SUPER MARIO BROS.

Nintendo Nights is an interpretation of the original guidelines and the new contest rules. Instead of a simple video game re-creation or portrayal of a video game memory, Nintendo Nights combines the two by depicting classic characters in real-life gameplay. It adopts the fantastical concept that these unforgettable and memorable characters could live in a real world and face real world problems. (Nonetheless, the video game world must remain somewhat artificial.)

my favorite video game memory was sitting around a fire pit one night brainstorming and eventually composing the screenplay that would become Nintendo Nghts.
