Ma'am, I think your facts about Maestro Elmer Ybanez is wrong. He was studying LSAI directly from the Grandmaster/Founder of LSAI himself, GM Benjamin Lema. Maestro Elmer later on formed LESKAS with the blessings of the Grandmaster.
