From everything I'd heard, I figured I was going to throw up. Hence the reason I ate it in the grass. Turns out, it wasn't that bad.

IMHO there's way worse food in Iceland than Hakarl. I'd eat it again and again without hesitation. But there's something that makes me throw up and I can do nothing about it: sheep testicles in jelly. I also got big problems with sheep blood, sheep kidney fat and horse fat. But I think I could get used to it if I ate it more often. :D

Harkarl is the single manliest food on the planet. Anyone who eats it on a regular basis is immidiatly badass.
