I recently discovered a new product that helps you cook and serve tacos on a BBQ grill. The Taco Rack warms taco shells standing up so you can fill them with meat and then melt the cheese right in the shell. Makes a cool tailgating gadget too in that the Taco Rack fits onto your grill grate and holds the tacos upright. The racks fold flat and are easily transported to a tailgate party without taking up a lot of room in your tailgate kit. Learn more about the Taco Rack at http://www.tailgatingideas.com/tacorack

  • WRONG. You put the shells in with the meat. Warm for a few min. and then you take them out and add lettuce, cheese, etc. Never saw melted cheese on a taco till now. but then he is wearing a Chargers jersey. Dude, leave the cooking to the wife, and stick to the beer drinking.

  • Being in the Southeast I have never seen anyone with taccos at the tailgating parties, must be a westcoast thing.
