Watching this video really helped me, this is my first year doing Discus and my coach told me to look up some videos. This gave me some good pointers on form and technique, thanks :) especially with all the different angles

@nkdiscus44 Usually,I don't use any drills.. I just do all slowly, and then I feel or coach says that it's ok, I gradually add speed to my turning. Good luck you!
