I reconise a few of those rooms from when I was a kid. My mum used to work these as a nurse/office staff. Wow really has declined badly.

that happened to me and my mates too! another time we drove up there and saw some other lads who had the same idea, we scared the shit out of eachother and all drove off. i hear there is a lot of devil worshipping up there.

No wonder local Trusts say the NHS is underfunded...look at the waste, the NHS should hang their heads in shame. All those unused beds, equipment and property!! it's outrageous. I agree that on paper, care in the community is the only way forward, but homeless people with mental illnesses would probably be grateful for a couple of those mattresses. I so wish this could be given more exposure. xx
