The new song I heard isn't the "true" R&B, it's that stupid shit you always hear on the radio nowadays.

Cornell is an ARTIST, he is TOTALLY limiting himself by creating another piece of shit Pop record that no one but brainwashed people want to hear.
He has done epic things in music (Soundgarden for example), and I know he can do it solo (shit, You Know My Name is only the beginning of what he could do).

Chris cornell has done everything he has set out to do in rock. He is not 19 years old anymore but a wise adult with children and a family. To be creative, you have to step out of the norm and create. That's what artists do, create. There's no sense in staying put but to venture out. He may lose fans but he will also gain fans. The true Chris Cornell fans will always support him and, if not appreciate the music, appreciate the creative mind behind it.
