In Depth Back Massage

Greetings Everyone,

This weeks video is a typical Swedish Back massage sequence with enhance muscle overlay.

There are several areas of the back that you should be concerned about. Be careful not to put any direct pressure on any bony areas of the back like the ribs or spinous processes of the vertebrae. Do Not do tapotement near the kidneys.

but question. how do you know when you're working the deeper muscle? can you feel a difference?

once you get the 1st layer of muscles relaxed it is easier to reach the deeper muscles....you can feel the change in the direction of muscle fibers with practice

I love the muscle overlay! Can you PLEASE do more of these! Maybe even switching out the overlay of the superficial muscles to one showing the deeper muscles and how you'd work those after a warm up. Nice job!!

Overlay is great since it's hard to imagine subtle muscles on people who aren't swole-ripped.
