I know this is an old video but i have a little something to add to the mix, UMG has gotten one of my videos for a tom petty song, it was the "more speaker testing" vid and that was recorded from a crappy speaker and bottlenecked thru a mic and filtered by 11,025hz thats the audio sample rate of my camera and YT detected it but they just stuck an ad on it and blocked it in some areas. glad it wasnt WMG phew.

You make perfect sense for 6:36. Pity the idiots that blindly push"copyright" aka ownership don't make any sense at all.. biting off their nose to spite their face.
We all know that without the FREE publicity stuff gets on YT, many movies/TV shows/music tracks would sink without trace -whereas after seeing stuff on YT I actually go and BUY stuff -dvds, cds, etc !!
What is that old saying ? .."common sense ain't all that common"

0:53 free advertising is right, these companies like warner music group obviously have their heads up their asses, thank god none of my videos were blocked, so i havent been uploading any videos b/c of all this shit b/c im afraid that a video I upload will get pulled b/c of copyright, I think the free advertising thing is great I agree with you on that one but the companies think that if they pull more videos off youtube that they will make more money, nope they will make less

What a bunch of shit! These corporate entities just get a rush out of picking on the common man. I LOVED your kindergarten cop vid! Hell, that's what got me onto your vids!
