Advances of Greedy Group Plus Plus

PASAY CITY, Philippines--New witness Dante Madriaga details the three tranches of the $41 million that China's ZTE Corp. already made to what he calls the Greedy Group Plus Plus -- $1 million representation fee released August 2006, $10 million "success fee" when the National Economic and Development Authority approved the contract, and $30 million to support the campaign of administration bets in the 2007 polls.
