@dmetr13, That Bad_Pool_Header is a hard drive failure. Its impossible to prevent this. Because all hard drives fail naturally. But to lower the risk of hard drive failure, don't keep re-formatting it over and over. You will just mess it up.

I actually fixed this,I change SATA mode to IDE.. thats all

ii yea i already put the ISO on disc but when i click restore system it doesnt say "microsoft windows vista" for a selected system

I usually download .ISO files through Torrent.

But you have Google it yourself.

Look for Windows XP ISO torrents

unfortunatly i dont have the installtion disc nor the setup CD. where could i download a recover disc. and how would i be able to do it?
