oan , I dont think i want to use the tea..IM on this eating for life plan with bill phillips and its sooo easy to do and i eat great food. But i do wanna get a lil kic start bc new years is gonna be here, my birthday is right b4 that so im very interested in the trimming gel . SO would this work even though i eat ? i eat 6 small meals a day so ts not alot of food but the foods do contain wheat breads,wheat pasta,and turkey bacon..and do i have to have that girdle to use the gel?
