Guitar playing and general musicianship is great. I have a suggestion: try to make your voice less "pretty." You have a good voice but i think it needs more personality and power behind it, especially in a song like this. Pretty voices are sort of a dime a dozen. I'd say try singing in a "bad" voice but still in tune, as loud as you can make it.
