Let me get this straight... You are a State employee, and are accepting money on the side speaking about something that you did while on the clock..... Can we get a legal opinion on this? I know it is not allowed for Federal employees. What does Nevada State law say about this?

@LeftovaCrack Actually it's if you're in operation of a MOTOR vehicle you must carry and present UPON request a driver's license. If the officer does not ask you for your license, then you have no obigation to give it.

On a side note, I am also a HERO! An AMERICAN HERO from an officer-involved-shooting where I had to put a bullet through a child molesting internet scum-bag who was raping a 12-year-old in a hotel. I just happen to WIN THE SHERIFFS MEDAL OF VALOR AWARD and will pad my resume with future topics like OIS's (officer involved shootings). Sleep tight,....I saved someone's daughter, niece, granddaughter and took a hunting Wolf off the planet. I am your Sheep Dog,...sleep tight at night.

Federal law does not prohibit this action; as an example we have ex-presidents, congresspeople, and other federal employees who do the same thing. Look, you created the monster, I am just reaping the cash. To educate you on Nevada law; We are a capitalistic state (its legal) and isn't that what america is all about? The fact of the matter is that most police officers aren't hired for thier brains but, for thier ability to follow protocol, whether it is correct, moral or legally right. You do a job, guts, yeah, I guess. I'd say a miner has more balls than a cop. They get paid less for what they do and they don't have attitude.
