Soph: Ofcourse. Im not going to kill an innocent life. He or she is part of me, part of you. And I know that I have only known about the little one for about a half hour.. but I love it. Really love it.
Joe: I do too.
He places his hand on my non-visible bump. Tracing his fingers lightly over my stomach.
Joe: I cant believe theres a baby in there. I cant believe we made a baby.
Soph: Me either. I didn't think you had it in you.
I laughed.
Joe: Ha-Ha. You're SOO funny.
Soph: I know.
There was a comfortable silence for a little while.
Joe: I cant wait to get out of here! Its hell.
Soph: Just one more day, You'll live.
Joe: I dont think that I have formally asked you yet, but... Sophia Keith, will you be my girlfriend?
I wrapped my arms tight arounf his neck, nuzzling my nose into his neck.
Soph: Ofcourse. Ofcourse i'll be your girlfriend!
He smiled.
Joe: Thank you, Soph. For eveything.
I just sat there, content in his arms, enjoying being held.
Maybe this is where I belong, maybe this is where I can be genuinly happy.

Then again, who had been genuinly happy in the last year? No one. There always has to be some drama.
