This is really beautiful. What lens are you using and what were the settings. Also did you manually focus some parts of it while it was on the slider?

Thanks. I used two lenses: 18-55mm from the camera kit, for the wider shots and an old Yashica ML 50mm f/1.4...the shots with nicer bokeh are made with this lens.
About the focus, you're correct, I had to manually focus while I was sliding in some of the shots, especially with the 50mm shots given its shallow DOF when using large apertures.

you done a excellent job and excellent edit for the movie. I just buy this camera but not really how to use the camera for movie. Are you using the sofeware come with the camera for edit the movie? Thanks

Thanks for the comment.
I used Adobe Premiere CS5 for editing, the software that comes with the camera isn't bad if you just want to join your clips but it's pretty basic, albeit what I've done here (the edition part I mean) is not very complicated either and you could do it with the camera software...the hardest part of this video is recording; to make the camera movements correctly with the glidetrack, to keep in focus the objects you want to show while you are traveling, etc.,
