@rocknrollerted I'm not sure the speed is as fast as the video looks. The quality is poor. If you notice, the ballons the girl has are not blowing as they would if the train was going that fast.

I am no expert, but the train did seem to be going rather fast, dare i think that this is so that the operator can fit more fare paying passengers in to the day. but perhaps the ride is free and he just wants to give more people the pleasure of a ride. also the ride would be better run at a slow pace so people can enjoy the scenery.
