WRX open down pipe dumped exhaust

removed the cat back exhaust & dumping the downpipe under the car (no muffler)

This is a stock internals ej205 2.0 liter wrx.

is it safe to dive with an open dp for a while ?

@riods69 Its safe if your downpipe is still catted, but if you are catless or have an aggressive tune, the unburnt fuel can cause decent size fireballs to shoot out under the car! It's cool but not exactly safe :P

@chachalai Haha I got pulled over when a cop saw a huge flame spit out the dp on my GS. Luckily he didn't know shit about cars so I just told him I have a exhaust leak and he let me off.

@chachalai i drive with my electronic cut out valve open at my dp all the time with nol cats, and no resonator in my down pipe with is a 3 and a half on my 2003 gti, its perfectly safe and it fuckin halls ass.
