Dean & Peyton used to date, but they broke up. Now Dean had came back to Tree Hill for a hunting job and met Peyton. She tells him that she love him and was hoping that he still feel the same way and they kissed. But Dean said that he loves her but it was a long time ago and he is with Lindsey now. Peyton went to the motel to see dean and found out that he had proposed to Lindsey. Peyton was devastated and Brooke told her, she have to let him go. So Peyton calls Dean and asked him to meet her for the very last time.
