Wow ! Ricky Schröder & Alfonso Ribeiro as kids in the 1980s, breakdancing to the beat ! I'm sure this episode was shot around the mid-1980s. Around 1983/84 till 1986/87 that break beat was fashionnable worldwide; influenced electro-funk and was influenced by electro-funk. That strong,pounding beat, with a very syncopated rhythm and powerful percussions like that was the trademark of the street sound. Look at them kids, nicely dressed like men;...no ridiculous baggy pants, tatoos or such trash

We also had this series in France in the eighties, I remember well the good old days and watchin' it back then, but I have no memory of this particular episode (must have watched it but forgotten...). I think that the mediocrity is something specific of the 2000s worldwide, cause I feel the same way in France... Poor,bad, tasteless music, films, clothes...etc Reminds me of a recent song where this guy sings "nothing on the TV, nothing on the radio..." I got rid of my TV like 10 years ago:SUPER
