Cut the flange from the original exhaust and welded it directly at the chair's legs. Was simpler than cutting a piece of sheet metal and do all the drilling, at the time.

It's waaay better than the restrictive silencer.
2-Strokes are affected by not having backpressure from the exhaust, unlike 4-strokes.
