no, silly, it's a drive-in movie theatre.

Whoever is driving provides us with excellent examples of passing! You DON'T need to pretend like your Superman with the throttle wide open as you enter and exit the turns and pass everyone at once! The smart driver picks them off one by one! Nice driving!

i agree, but it should be said that this is an HPDE and not a race. passing is done in designated areas only.

Just being able to drive a Cobra 427 round a track at any real pace is quite an achievement, something I would like to do one day. You be carefull when taking yours out for the first time, they need to be respected else they will bite you hard. A real drivers car.
Nice video and great driving by the way.

you're right of course, but we hardley get any corvettes or cadillac overhere in holland/europe, so i am not familiar with these cars or their performance. i was not commenting on your drivingskills, by the way! it's an impressive performance, but somehow it does not look all that spectacular to me. sorry.
This car went on to win the Targa Newfoundland car rallt in the GT division and is now living a peaceful live on Long Island with it's new owner. My new project is a Datsun 240z rally car and an Acura RSX Turbo which has more power than my old Porsche 911 Turbo! Stay tuned.

i am in the final stages of completing my home-built cobra 427 and this video shows the very reason why i started the build in the first place! but honestly, racing against such familycars is a peace of cake, isn't it?
i mean, i don't hear your engine rev even near the rev.limiter. have you ever done up to 7000 mark? try it, and see what happens!
love to race you one day!
greetings from Holland.

Track cvars tend to not all be what they seem to be. The Cadillac for example was a 560 bhp twin turbo engine. Honda s2000s are great road holders and Corvettes are no slouches either. Wait until you get yours built and see how it goes. All is not what it appears :)

How were you able to drive at Pocono? Are you part of a club, or were they having a public session, test n' tune, etc? Thanks...
