I was asked to give a wine talk to the Medical Research faculty and some research colleagues from the Unites States but was asked to only talk about 5 minutes then mingle and answer questions (since they were sitting in Symposium's all week and all day long)...got a great response from the 30-40 who attended
talking only about 5 minutes was a real challenge to be so brief but a bit illuminating at the same time but the applause at the end and the comments during the event were all positive and I got few people asking for my autograph and dozens asking for me to do tours, my contact info ...and sold all the bottles we didn't pour....could NOT have gone better from my perspective
