Sounds to me like the alternator is weak and struggles to handle the Q.

well this unit is old like a 1988 e-one with over 100,000 miles its not the original engine 5 ,the original 5 blew its motor and is having other issues , so a new one will be ordered and here soon i hope pending the city budget ,it will not be worth fixing the original 5
