I have my electronics responding much faster now and have installed 16x10 electric blade that APC just started making. I think I have a stable platform to move on to transition flight in the next couple of months.

  • Cool. Perhaps, though, you could sheild the camera and move it closer, I mean a few feet proximity, so we can actually see it. That would be AWSOME!!!!!!!

  • Thanks, check out my other videos, rc quad tiltrotor vtol aircraft 5, zooms in on it at the beginning, or checkout my website vertiplane dot com.

  • How about a fifth motot and blade set in the center of the platform mounted to produce thrust horizontally. The center then could be set on a turrent like system and rotated through 360 degrees providing horizontal thrust in all directions?

    Would that work?

  • why bent in props?

  • Congratulations on the resulting design. I've also seen a novelty design using flybar configured rotors that of course provid selfstabilisation on the horisontal axis.
