When dust gets trapped in between the plastic case and the phone, it will scratch it...
Personal experience, I will never recommend these cases... they should all be destroyed for the good of mankind.

@erichau728 The cases are good for folks prone to dropping their phones. While scratches are ugly, they beat the heck out of a broken, unusable phone.

@DenniseOfficialTV Check on Ebay or Amazon they will have them since I've looked there for cases myself deciding on weather to upgrade my phone to the original Lotus, or Lotus Elite. Hope this helps you!
