@ViciousSeed Please provide peer reviewed studies suggesting organic farming uses 7x more fertilizer than conventional. The huge majority of studies suggest organic uses less fertilizer. I want peer reviewed studies not articles or skeptoid videos from lobbyists and comedians. Also, I want studies that organic uses more land than say GM crops, which require huge amounts of land for refuges and buffer zones so organic uses much less land than GM.
@ViciousSeed "Today's scientific evidence demonstrates that agroecological methods outperform the use of chemical fertilizers in boosting food production where the hungry live- especially in unfavorable environments.""To date agroecological projects have shown an average crop yield increase of 80% in 57 developing countries, with an average increase of 116% for all African projects." srfood.org/index.php/en/component/content/article/1174-report-agroecology-and-the-right-to-food
@ViciousSeed "Organic farming can yield up to three times as much food as conventional farming on the same amount of land.""in developed countries, yields were almost equal on organic and conventional farms. In developing countries, food production could double or triple using organic methods"" sciencedaily"dot"com/releases/2007/07/070711134523.htm
@ViciousSeed On May 21. in the comments of the skeptoid organic video on youtube "inFact: Organic Food Myths ", I issued a challenge. The video claims more studies suggest organic is not more nutritous/healthier. I posted my search results and 13 peer reviewed review studies suggested organic IS more nutritious, compared to only 3 peer reviewed review studies which suggested organic is not more nutritious. Can you find 14 peer reviewed review studies to back this videos claim of more studies?
@ViciousSeed CCF was created by Berman & Co., owned by lobbyist Rick Berman. Berman & Co. represents the tobacco industry as well as hotels, beer distributors, taverns, and restaurant chains. CCF actively opposes smoking bans and lowering the legal blood-alcohol level, while targeting studies on the dangers of meat & dairy, processed food, fatty foods, soda pop, pharmaceuticals, animal testing, overfishing and pesticides. This is a financially biased source and it was an article not a study.
@torofighter In the past there was growing concern for population growth with just cause. People demonstrated their frustrations by protesting; it was the equivalent of global warming nowadays. However, science rid us of this dilemma. Science also rid us of polio and other diseases that are now categorized as preventable. Scientist are not out to get you instead they are solving problems that humanity has or might possibly have in the future.
How do you suppose we feed our growing population in say, 20 years? Organic food yields less crop per acreage. Also farmers have to use more fertilizer around 7x more. Organic food is crime against humanity in light of the millions of people starving. In the future it will be impossible to feed the world with organic food, there just isn't enough land to do so.

Unless you're also willing to state that Monsanto also owns this or any other research that refutes your arguments. Organic food is just a marketing term nowadays. And if by most studies you mean those studies that agree with your argument, then by all means yes that would be most studies.
@oldflamingo,
I agree, and that applies to all the claims this video makes as well.
