Anime Speed Color- Kula Diamond

Ugh, this coloring was way harder than it should've been,
First Photoshop kept freezing
Then the reference pics were crazy, over the years Kula's hair has been so many shades of ice blue it's not even funny
which made coloring it accurately very hard. Same goes for her skin tone. But.. I'm happy with the results.
