@KripDrip I am saying that restaurants and bars are private establishments - not public ones. And the law that abridges my access to these establishments, carte blanche, is segregationist - both as to whom the proprietor might prefer to serve (his former customers), and as to whom I might socialize with of my own free will.

It is not the government's business to dictate or control my "free" assembly. Smoking bans are no different than the old Jim Crow laws.

@KripDrip I mean that when you cull 20% of the population from ANY indoor venue, you have abridged their Constitutional Right to Free Assembly. We are now unable to associate even with our peers. No state has the lawful right to re-institute segregation of any kind; assembly should be left to the sole discretion of citizens, not government.

Because nicotine replacement manufacturers have spent Million$ to frighten people into thinking ETS is a danger, is no excuse to defile the peoples' will.
