In the video version of "Kalluri Vaanil," the female's line "Ullukkul undaghum" was muted. Any idea? Was it censored?

THANK YOU!

@arunkumarvikram I know but it takes a little intellectual effort to separate the two languages. Word loaning is understandable, but purloining entire phrases and sentences is a snobish thing to do, present everyhwere, don't think I am criticizing only you. We all use English as a language of communication here but not at home. In German it's a normal thing to say "lat but not least" and even "dad" instead of Vati and Germans weren't ruled by the English, so you just have a better pretext.

@Marcqx India was ruled by the British for more than 300 years so English has become a part of our daily life.

Thank you mmanoba, I have copied your explanations and I hope I learn a Tamil word or two from Benny Lava. I am disappointed at how many English words and expressions there are in a short Tamil text. Some of them were well caught in the spoof subtitles.

@Marcqx Thanks for your comment my friend. Don't get disappointed, learning or knowing different languages is just fun no matter what the hardship is involved.

Hey, thanks a lot for putting up this video. I'm an amateur linguistist and this song has actually fascinated me from the standpoint that I love Dravidian languages.
