to move a sim from one neibourhood to another you move their house (with them in it obviuosly) into the lot bin, then load up your desired neibourhood and move their house out of the bin into the neibourhood, then you just evict them and move them where you like.

finally! apartment life has been made, now I can stop making bootleg apartments (on big family in separate buildings) but I am not ready for the sims 3. i am still enjoying everything to do with Sims 2! they better have kick ass ideas for sims 3 because the sims 1 and 2 have alot of stuff.
