In this video I used a D Flip Flop integrated circuit to make a 4 bit shift register. I use 2 oscillating circuits (Esaki effect) as the input for Data and Clock. I use 100kohm resistors to tie each input of the D Flip Flops to ground. Set and Reset are not used. \Q is not connected at all.
