@angjoke that, my friend is called Rocket Dock. Very hand, just google Rocket dock. There are also 2 others i know of it Rocket Dock does not work for you. Object dock and Xwindows dock 2.0. They are all FULLY compatable with windows xp. Make sure to subscribe :)
