Ingredients:
2 cups of cashew nuts (kaju)
1 ½ cup sugar
3/4 cup water
About 20 strings of saffron (optional)

  • Can i use cashews that are already roasted and salted? Or will the salt ruin it?

  • yes you can use the same recipe for other dry fruits.
