Baby Massage class at Helma Institute of Massage Therapy, Saddle Brook, NJ May 2004. Heidi Stonier, Instructor. Objective of this class was to teach a parent how to give a massage to an infant. Students were demonstrating techniques on a doll and I was applying those moves to my daughter, Kaya, then 5 months old. Actual massage should be much shorter than this presentation, about 10-15 minutes or less. This amateur video can be used by parents who would like to get a brief idea of Infant Massage.
