we are made in the IMAGE of God...we are not a god or god.God has certainly not forsaken us by leaving, for God is everywhere except Hell, for Hell is the absence of God

God is not outside of us or a separate entity - we are all god and collectively we create the universe. Its a pity Christians have got it back to front and never understand what Jesus is actually saying.

Hey, it's an arrangement of the more famous A minor violin concerto. Not fooling me, Johann Sebastian! And, great performance.

@pianomaster272 The church had all the money in Bach's day, so it was an easy employment choice! It was also a health and safety hazard to express any doubts about your religious fervour.

The composer for the score of The Wizard Of Oz film did not need to believe the Wizard actually existed! No more did 'Christian' composers need to believe that God actually existed.

it's funny how you are trying to be neutral on religion...be a christian or don't be.anyways, you made some very good points but ironically when you said " If you're non-religious ........this could just as easily be the inspiration of watching a beautiful sunset or looking in the eyes of a significant other." who made the sunset?God!and who made the other person that you are looking into their eyes?God!God guides everyone and everything,it's just that only Christians acknowledge it.

god is very relevant to bach (who,as you may know, wrote all/many of his works "to the glory of god") and many composers in general....most classical composers were christian actually......
