Ledger Live for October 12, 2011. Ledger Live with Brian Donohue. On a relatively slow day at the Occupy Wall Street protests in New York City, Star-Ledger columnist Paul Mulshine wades into the rows of crusty sleeping bags in search of some good old fashioned "government issue" socialists. Instead, he finds a surprising number of people who adhere to the platform of the his own conservative hero: Republican presidential candidate Rep. Ron Paul. Visit http://www.nj.com/ledgerlive
Real easy to find uninformed burnouts and dirtbag hangers on at an OWS event.
IMPOSSIBLE to find anyone roundly informed and articulate at a Tea Party event.

Internet, especially here on YouTube. It comes off as an extreme form of class warfare and its keeping most americans from caring about what's going on behind the scenes or understanding the dire reality of what the future will hold if this falls apart... Causing as much of society to begin taking notice and grasping the reality of all the major issues facing the majority these days. As well as encouragement for any and all others to get involved on their own and share ideas, to join on the streets or on the Internet and begin doing all the thi

@niceguycody The motives, goals and mission statement has been on the main occupy website, (and probably all or most of the individual Occupy websites have done the same when they started up) from before the occupy movement even began. It's been very clear yet each individual has brought their own unique perspective and a strong component of the idea has been not to represent a collective other than being in "The 99%" in order to reinforce the fact that it's simply "Americans" who are uniting.
