If your dummy is falling to fast and your [ sj.H ] misses, it probably is because you're hitting the dummy too high after the [ Down-Forward Dash ]. You have to hit the bottom legs (or the foot) in order for the dummy to stay high enough. Also, for pad players it helps a LOT to have a button (usually the triggers) to Dash (L+M) so you can almost plink the H after the Dash, this is also very useful to do the Hyper Grav Loop.
