Yes wether it is Im or SubQ as I do. You stick the whole thing in. My husband who hates needles started on Thursday. He stick the needle in and agreed with me. "It's no big deal".

Thanks for that video Nancy....it helps alot. ;) You can try Colonix by Dr. Natura...you take the fiber in the morning and drink the tea at night...the next day...its a done deal and people have used it daily on the diet on You Tube with no issue in the weightloss and it keeps you regular. :) And as maint. you can use it without the tea too once you are regular.
