grizzlies did the right thing to sign iverson, all iverson had to do is come off the bench for a few games to get back into game shape since he had been injured for a while, if he would have played well off the bench then he would have started soon and the grizz would have made the playoffs
(cont. frm below) i hope that iverson finds a team that gives him play time and the ball. i've been hearing things about NYK, ORL, and possibly returning to PHI or DEN. these all seem like great options because he's not on a decline, just two years ago he was averaging over 25pts in DEN, and since he got traded things just haven't been the same.
first off let me say that AI's been one of my favorite palyers since MS cuz of his scoring ability, and explosiveness on the offensive end. which is why it's stupid for teams like DET and MEM to bring him in and expect him to come off the bench. that's not his style, and more blame should be put on the management forcing him to change instead of his attitude. MEM was dumb not to learn from DET's mistake because i, like everyone lese, thought he would start, and add to OJ's lethal scoring.
