The Tea Party and OWS are two sides of the same coin; the Tea Party focused on the corruption and excesses of government while largely ignoring it in corporations, and OWS is focusing primarily on the corruption and excesses of corporations while largely ignoring it in government. The reality is the collusion and corporatism between the two, and if indeed people from both sides of this begin speaking with one voice then we will truly start to see the change that will save this country.

What that guy was saying right at then end "You don't want them benefiting from" That is it, they don't want it to go the way of the tea party. They don't want their veiws to be a stepping stone into power.

The primary goal of #OWS is to GET THE MONEY OUT OF POLITICS. We prolly have to educate Tea Partiers on this one

The common ground of Tea Party & #OWS is that we do NOT want poor and middle class to be taxed more. Where Tea Party & #OWS part company is that #OWS DOES want the wealthy and corporations to lose the tax loopholes. This is why #OWS represents the 99%, privilege does NOT belong in a democratic society, the wealthy and corporations should pull their weight

Watch all four parts of these videos. By the time that these two men are done talking they actually reach some good common ground. The OWS guy says that all tea partiers are welcome at OWS and they both agree that they can work together as common goals and that it's a good thing. THe last thing we need right now is to be divided. Take a good long look at the four videos in their entirety and you can see that we can actually stand UNITED, and that's pretty awesome.
