actually your body needs calories so what they said isnt exactly true how if your body gets cleaner you dont need as much food.. you need enough food to survive and younger people especially need food for energy and growth.. babies are cleaner than the old and yet if what those two guys are saying was true then the babies could live of very very little food.. but thats not the case! they eat lots of fat from mothers milk!! so this is just another tactic to make LOWFAT VEGANS out of people..
