It was confusing as it was intended to be. There was the real news story on some children's balloons and then this one. Both very similar.

The failure is obvious. The guy predicted HUGE UFOs all over the earth, every major city. Either a prediction is correct or incorrect. It was a failure.

Why would these be balloons? if anything they would be birds... but hey, you would think if they were birds people would see that. ive never seen a flock of birds that i wasnt sure was a flock of birds am i right? this was something else.
