"You know, sometimes in life, sometimes you face moments that are harder than others. That's what happened to me, about 4 years ago when I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. At the time, I was scared. I felt alone. But on that night, on my way to the hospital, I made a commitment to myself that it would not slow me down. And after the things that I've seen, places I've been, the opportunites I've been given, I can tell you tonight, that it hasn't slowed me down. And when the going gets tough, all I have to do, is think of all of you. Because all of you who told me, telling my story, singing this song, it's inspired you. But what you may not know, that you, are my inspiration. And I love you with all my heart. My brothers & I, look forward to another great year, and to all those people out there, we know, that we have the best fans in the world. So what do you say, let's show the fans, show the world, how much we can do. And this song right here, A Little Bit Longer, started off with one voice, just one voice, and at the end of this year, almost 2 million people would have sung this with me every night. That 2 million people, who are committed, to give something good in this world, you're a part of them, so thank you. Would you do me the honour of singing this out with me as loud as you can? We've been all around Europe, and they've sang it pretty loud, but I want to hear you tonight, can you sing it out?!"
